We are looking for a **Zoho Developer / CRM Consultant** to manage and enhance multiple client projects primarily built on the Zoho ecosystem.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with **Zoho CRM**, including module customization, layouts, workflows, Blueprints, custom functions using **Deluge**, reports, dashboards, and automation.

Experience with **Zoho Books, Zoho FSM, Zoho Forms**, and integrations between Zoho applications would be preferred. The role may also involve working with **REST APIs, webhooks, WhatsApp/third-party integrations, data migration, troubleshooting, and client-specific customizations**.

The candidate should be comfortable understanding business requirements, designing practical CRM solutions, handling ongoing enhancements/support, and independently troubleshooting issues.

**Preferred skills:** Zoho CRM, Deluge, Zoho Books, Zoho FSM, APIs/Webhooks, CRM integrations, workflow automation, and client communication.
