About the Role:
We create high-output short-form content daily. We need a Video Editor who doesn't just cut clips — someone who brings motion, energy, and creative instinct to every frame. Freshers welcome. Portfolio is everything.
What You'll Do:
- Edit short-form videos — Reels, Shorts, clips — daily
- Create motion graphics, animated text, and visual effects that elevate the content
- Sync audio, colour grade, and deliver polished edits fast
- Work directly with the founder on content direction and execution
What We're Looking For:
- Intermediate knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects or equivalent)
- Strong creative eye — you notice bad pacing before anyone tells you
- Rapid execution — high volume, tight deadlines, no excuses
- Degree preferred, not required — your work speaks louder
Mandatory:
- Own laptop or PC with your editing setup ready (Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci or equivalent)
- Portfolio or showreel — minimum 3 examples of edited work including motion graphics
