Role Description This is a full-time, on-site SAP GTS Consultant role based in Mumbai. The SAP GTS Consultant will configure, implement, and support SAP Global Trade Services modules to meet client requirements and compliance needs. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, translating functional requirements into system solutions, and managing integration with SAP and non-SAP systems. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve issues, optimize master data and trade-related workflows, and prepare functional documentation and test plans. The consultant will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide user training and support,



and participate in continuous improvement initiatives for global trade and compliance processes.
Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to assess business requirements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize SAP GTS configurations.
- Consulting experience in SAP environments, including client-facing work, requirement gathering, and solution design.
- Knowledge of business process design and improvement, particularly in global trade, customs, compliance, and logistics.
- Hands-on experience with SAP GTS master data management, including business partners, materials, and compliance-related data.
- Integration skills for connecting SAP GTS with SAP ERP/S4HANA and external systems, using standard interfaces and middleware.
- Relevant experience implementing or supporting SAP GTS modules (Compliance Management, Customs Management, Risk Management).
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; SAP GTS certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in IT consulting or global trade domains, and familiarity with regulatory compliance standards, is beneficial.
