Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to provide expert BAU support, L3 issue resolution, configuration, and continuous improvement across the SAP SuccessFactors landscape.

The role will primarily focus on Employee Central, with strong exposure to Onboarding, Time Off, and Performance & Goals Management. The candidate will also support the planned implementation and rollout of Compensation across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L3 functional support for SAP SuccessFactors, including incident resolution, problem management, and root cause analysis.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Employee Central, supporting complex configuration and data-related issues.
- Configure and maintain Foundation Objects, Employee Data, Position Management, Workflows, Business Rules, MDF Objects, Event Reasons, Data Models, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
- Support Time Off configuration, including accruals, calendars, absence types, time accounts, eligibility rules, and workflows.
- Support Onboarding and Performance & Goals Management processes and configurations.
- Support Compensation configuration and implementation activities, including eligibility, compensation data dependencies, planning cycles, and Employee Central alignment.
- Deliver enhancements, configuration changes, data corrections, and change requests.
- Perform release testing, regression testing, and impact analysis for SuccessFactors updates and enhancements.




- Investigate integration-related data issues involving SAP Employee Central Payroll, regional payroll, benefits, and expense management systems.
- Coordinate with integration experts, technical teams, AMS partners, vendors, and architecture teams for complex issues.
- Support a multi-country SuccessFactors environment across EMEA, considering regional business and compliance requirements.
- Ensure appropriate controls around data quality, security, governance, payroll, and benefits-impacting changes.
- Work within ITIL-aligned service management, CAB, change management, and incident/problem management processes.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors BAU/Application Support environments.
- Deep functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Employee Central
- Foundation Objects
- Employee Data
- Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
- Strong experience with SuccessFactors Time Off, including:
- Accruals
- Calendars, etc..,
- Proven experience handling L3 support tickets, root cause analysis, complex issue resolution, and permanent fixes.
- Experience with enhancements, configuration changes, data corrections, change requests, release testing, and regression testing.
- Positive cross-module understanding of Employee Central, Onboarding, Time Off, and Performance & Goals Management.
- Strong understanding of payroll- and benefits-impacting data, security, data quality, and governance controls.
