Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned - Finance Analyst – Documentum

Responsibilities:

- Manage and validate financial data stored within Documentum/OpenText repositories, ensuring accuracy, version control, and regulatory compliance.

- Support financial reporting activities by extracting data from ECM systems and collaborating with IT to optimize financial document workflows.

- Assist in audit preparation by providing timely and accurate financial records from Documentum/OpenText systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, compliance, and IT to enhance document management processes and automate financial reporting workflows.

Mandatory skill sets:

- 1 to 2 years of experience Documentum/OpenText repositories, ensuring accuracy, version control, and regulatory compliance.

- Enterprise Content Management (ECM): Hands-on experience or working knowledge of Documentum and/or OpenText ECM platforms for managing financial documents and data.

- Data Management & Accuracy: Ability to maintain data integrity,



version control, and compliance for financial records within ECM systems.

- Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements such as SOX, GAAP, or IFRS related to financial documentation.

- Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in Excel for financial modeling, data analysis, pivot tables, and report generation.

- - Preferred skill sets:

- Graduates in Engineering, Commerce, Management, or Sciences

- MBA / PGDM in Finance / Accounting / Management

- Years of experience required:

1 to 2 Years
