Role Description The Accountant role at AARTHA GLOBAL PVT LTD is a full-time, on-site position based in Dahod. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including maintaining general ledgers, preparing and reviewing journal entries, and reconciling bank and supplier accounts. This role involves monitoring accounts payable and receivable, preparing invoices, tracking collections, and ensuring timely payments to vendors and service providers. The Accountant will assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, support financial reporting,
and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls. The role also includes preparing documentation for audits, maintaining organized financial records, and collaborating with operations and management teams to provide accurate financial data for decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger management, and financial reporting; experience with monthly and annual closing.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; ability to work with spreadsheets, financial models, and ERP or Tally (or similar) systems.
- Experience in accounts payable and receivable management, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and vendor/customer account tracking.
- Understanding of Indian tax regulations, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance; ability to prepare required filings and documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills; ability to maintain clear and up-to-date financial records.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external stakeholders in a manufacturing or trading workplace.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an Accountant, preferably in manufacturing, minerals, or export-oriented businesses, will be beneficial.
