For an international organization, we are urgently looking for a Senior ServiceNow AI Engineer to accelerate its AI journey and deliver production-ready Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

You will work hands-on with Now Assist, AI Agents, Build Agent and Generative AI, taking AI solutions from design and proof of concept through implementation and production.

Tasks and Responsibilities

- Design, develop and deliver AI-powered solutions on ServiceNow using Now Assist, Generative AI, AI Agents and Build Agent;
- Lead hands-on solution design, architecture, PoCs and complex AI implementations;
- Identify opportunities to embed AI into business processes, workflows and platform services;
- Evaluate emerging ServiceNow AI capabilities and recommend relevant use cases;
- Apply modern AI-assisted development practices, including GitHub Copilot and vibe coding;
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable,



production-ready AI solutions.

- Senior ServiceNow AI Engineer Profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree;
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience across development, platform engineering, solution design and/or architecture;
- Solid hands-on experience with production GenAI implementations on ServiceNow;
- Robust experience with Now Assist and/or Agentic AI capabilities;
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Build Agent, IDE and Fluent development;
- Experience with GitHub Copilot and vibe coding in enterprise environments;
- Proficiency with Visual Studio Code, CLI/terminal development and CI/CD workflows;
- Strong communication and technical problem-solving skills;
- Fluent English.
