The Role

We are looking for admissions professional to own the pre-enrolment journey—from the first serious family conversation through conversion and handover.

This is not a conventional sales role. It requires someone who understands admissions, reads people well, communicates with credibility and can confidently guide high-intent families towards the right decision.

What You'll Own

- Lead high-intent family conversations from consultation to conversion.
- Understand the student's profile, ambitions, family context and decision drivers.
- Articulate why Collegify, recommend the right offering and simplify complex admissions decisions.




- Manage objections, comparisons and hesitation with maturity—without overpromising.
- Own strategic follow-ups and drive consistency and quality of conversions.
- Build trust and confidence with HNI families through solid consultative conversations.
- Ensure a seamless, well-contextualised handover to the mentoring and servicing teams.
- Preferable add-on: Experience reviewing essays, applications and student narratives while retaining the student's authentic voice.

What We're Looking For

Strong experience in admissions or education consulting, combined with exceptional communication, listening and relationship-building skills. You should be confident engaging discerning families, commercially aware without being transactional, and known for mature judgment, ownership and follow-through.
