We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented *Purchase Executive* with a robust background in the *Utensils or Cutlery Manufacturing Industry*. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing raw materials, vendor management, procurement planning, cost negotiation, and ensuring timely availability of materials required for production.
## Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end procurement activities for utensils/cutlery manufacturing operations.
- Source and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams for material requirements.
- Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and other production-related items.
- Maintain supplier records and evaluate vendor performance.
- Track market trends, pricing, and availability of materials.
- Coordinate with accounts and stores departments for smooth procurement processes.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
## Required Skills Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field preferred).
- Experience in the *Utensils, Kitchenware, Stainless Steel Products, or Cutlery Manufacturing Industry*.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and procurement software.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
## Experience
- Minimum 25 years of relevant experience in Purchase/Procurement.
- Prior experience in the Utensils or Cutlery Manufacturing Industry is preferred.
