Position: Senior Vice President

Department – BD, Joint Ventures & M&A;

Location: Hyderabad

Reporting To: Director

Experience: 25+yrs

We are looking for a senior leader to drive business growth and manage Joint Ventures, M&A;, and strategic partnerships in emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential acquisition targets and JV partners.
- Support due diligence, valuation, deal structure, and transaction closing.
- Develop and manage the M&A; and Joint Venture in Emerging Markets.
- Evaluate business financial performance, and risks in JV's.
- Lead M&A; and JV discussions and negotiations.
- Build strong relationships with business owners, investors, partners,



and industry leaders.
- Work closely with Finance, Legal, Strategy, Operations, and another Cross functional team
- Present major opportunities and deals to the Director and Board.

Requirements:

- 25+ years of experience in Business Development, M&A;, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Strategy.
- Robust experience in M&A;, Joint Ventures, and strategic partnerships.
- Experience in emerging or international markets.
- Good understanding of valuation, financial analysis, and due diligence.
