Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules based on business requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Perform Employee Central foundation object and MDF object configuration.
- Configure workflows, business rules, event reasons, picklists, and position management.
- Support organizational management, job information, compensation information, and employee records management.
- Participate in full lifecycle implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
- Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
- Work on data migration using import tools and templates.
- Support integrations between EC and SAP/Non-SAP systems.
