**ABOUT THE ROLE**

F5 Global Talent is hiring a Security Operations Supervisor to lead an on-site team monitoring live CCTV for residential properties in the United States.

You'll manage a team of camera-monitoring operators during the overnight U.S. shift, make sure every assigned camera is actively monitored, respond to incidents, review daily reports, and coordinate directly with U.S. property managers, security teams, and police when needed.

This is a hands-on supervisory role. You'll be responsible for team performance, shift coverage, incident judgment, accurate reporting, and making sure monitoring standards are consistently followed.

You'll also step into live camera monitoring yourself when a team member is absent, so you must be comfortable working directly in the operation rather than managing from a distance.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Rajkot, Gujarat.

**IMPORTANT:** This role works U.S. overnight hours, approximately 4:30 AM to 2:30 PM IST, including weekends. The schedule includes 4 weekly holidays per month, and Indian public holidays are not observed. Company transportation is not provided.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**

• Supervise the security monitoring team throughout the full shift

• Ensure every operator is actively watching assigned cameras and following monitoring procedures

• Respond to incidents in real time and determine the appropriate escalation

• Contact U.S. property managers, security staff, or police when required

• Review daily incident reports for accuracy, clarity, and completeness

• Correct reporting issues before reports are sent

• Maintain reliable shift coverage and step into live monitoring when someone is absent





• Coach team members and address performance or monitoring-quality issues

• Train new operators as the team grows

• Maintain clear communication with U.S.-based stakeholders

• Help ensure consistent monitoring standards across all assigned properties

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**

• At least 2 years of experience supervising or managing a team

• Strong judgment and ability to make decisions during live incidents

• Confidence holding team members accountable to monitoring standards

• Explicit spoken English for direct communication with U.S.-based stakeholders

• Strong written English for reviewing incident reports

• Ability to remain calm and organized during security events

• Strong attention to detail

• Comfortable working directly with CCTV monitoring operations

• Willingness to cover live monitoring when staffing requires it

• Based in Rajkot or willing to relocate

• Availability to work approximately 4:30 AM to 2:30 PM IST, including weekends

**NICE TO HAVE**

• CCTV or video-surveillance monitoring experience

• Security operations or control-room experience

• Experience supervising BPO, monitoring, or 24/7 operations teams

• Experience handling incident escalation

• Experience communicating with U.S.-based clients or property managers

• Previous U.S. client-call experience
