About the Role

This role is for a Mumbai-based design studio working across healthcare, homes and hospitality. Its work gets published and wins awards, and it is now looking for a creative maverick to own how that work is told.

The studio is opening the seat that owns it: you shape the communication that carries the studio's design into the world, producing the work yourself and directing a junior who produces alongside you, with the Principal stepping in only to steer and approve.

Graphic judgement is the heart of the role.

What You'll Do

- Develop content from the studio's architectural and design work: project narratives, imagery, diagrams, presentation material
- Design content with robust graphic judgement; hands-on where needed, directing the junior otherwise
- Manage the studio's social media: planning, production, scheduling, review
- Build and maintain presentation, portfolio and pitch templates in the studio's visual identity
- Set graphic direction for the junior team member and review their output
- Source drawings, images and project information from Lead Architects and project teams
- Prepare material for publications, awards and press when required
- Keep the project archive and image library organised and publication-ready

First 90 Days

- Month 1: Learn the studio's work, voice and visual language. Audit the archive and channels. Agree a first-quarter content plan with the Principal.
- Month 2: Produce content. Set graphic direction for the junior.



Establish templates and a visual system. Run social channels on a steady cadence.
- Month 3: Own the function day to day. Sustain a consistent publishing rhythm. Support hiring and business development with material that presents the studio clearly.

What We're Looking For

- 4 to 6 years in design communication, content development or graphic design for a design-led practice
- Strong graphic design skills; able to produce and to direct
- Content developed from architectural or design work, with examples
- Social media management for a brand or practice
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and presentation tools
- Able to guide a junior
- In-studio, Mumbai-based
- Communication Design, Graphic Design, or Architecture with a graphic design practice, or equivalent

Good to Have

- Architecture or interior design background
- Writing and editorial ability
- Video or motion content

Not a Fit If

- You are a content or strategy profile without a graphic eye, or will not take responsibility for graphic direction
- You are a pure graphic designer with no understanding of architecture or design work
- You want hybrid or remote; this is an in-studio role
- You wait for instructions rather than running the function
- Your compensation expectation sits outside the range below

Compensation & Work Arrangement

₹4.00 – 8.00 LPA (CTC), Work from office, Mumbai, Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM.
