We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise governance solutions within the IT Services sector. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will architect robust Archer environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing data ecosystems while maintaining rigorous standards for security and performance. This position is critical for driving digital transformation initiatives, enabling organizations to streamline compliance processes, and delivering scalable workflow automation that aligns with complex business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Design and configure comprehensive Archer applications, workflows, and advanced data definitions (DDEs) to meet specific business requirements.
- Develop and maintain complex SSIS packages and ETL processes to facilitate efficient data ingestion, transformation, and management.
- Architect high-availability server environments and implement disaster recovery strategies to ensure continuous operational uptime.
- Manage data feeds, scheduled jobs, and queue systems to guarantee the integrity and timeliness of information flow.
- Create and consume Archer APIs and REST interfaces to enable seamless connectivity with third-party systems.
- Produce detailed functional documentation and specifications to guide development efforts and support future maintenance.
- Build interactive dashboards and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to provide stakeholders with actionable insights while securing sensitive data.
- Collaborate within Agile and Scrum teams to deliver iterative solutions that address evolving organizational needs.
RequirementsRequirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in IT Services, with a strong focus on Archer platform development and configuration.
- Proven expertise in SSIS package creation, Queue Management systems, and ETL/Data Management methodologies.
- Deep understanding of Archer Server Architecture, including High Availability setups and Disaster Recovery planning.
- Proficiency in developing and consuming Archer APIs, REST APIs, and managing Data Feeds and Scheduled Jobs.
- Advanced skills in configuring DDEs, creating complex workflows, and designing dynamic dashboards.
- Solid capability in implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and functional documentation practices.
- Demonstrated experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Compensation package aligned with industry standards for this level of expertise, ranging up to ₹24 LPA.
