Roles & Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and various recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess communication and suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and clients.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Assist the HR team in day-to-day hiring operations.
- Learn and implement end-to-end recruitment processes.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of recruitment (training will be provided).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
- Genuine interest in building a career in HR/Talent Acquisition.
