As healthcare networks grow, processing hospital claims accurately and coordinating with insurers and TPAs becomes a critical operational function. This role will be responsible for making sure claims move through the process accurately, efficiently and within defined SLAs.

About the Role-

We are looking for a Hospital Claims & TPA Processor to manage and oversee hospital claims and TPA-related operations.

You will work with hospitals, TPAs, insurers and internal operations teams to ensure that claims and related documentation are processed correctly and on time.

This is a detail-oriented role where accuracy, documentation, follow-up and SLA management are critical.

What You Will Do-

- Process and review hospital claims received from healthcare providers.
- Coordinate with hospitals and TPAs for claim-related documentation.
- Verify claim forms, bills, medical documents and supporting records.
- Check claims for completeness and identify missing or inconsistent information.
- Track claims from submission through processing and closure.
- Follow up with hospitals and TPAs on pending claims and documentation.
- Coordinate on claim queries, discrepancies and re-submissions.




- Maintain accurate claim records and status updates.
- Ensure claims are processed within defined SLAs.
- Monitor pending, rejected, queried and approved claims.
- Escalate cases that require additional review or intervention.
- Maintain claim trackers and operational reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim-related issues.
- Identify recurring documentation or processing issues and help improve the workflow.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling healthcare and claim-related information.

What We're Looking For-

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in hospital claims, TPA operations, insurance claims, healthcare operations or hospital billing is preferred.
- Good understanding of the hospital insurance/TPA claims process.
- Experience working with hospitals, insurers or TPAs is a strong advantage.
- Robust attention to detail.
- Good understanding of claim documentation and verification.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and operational trackers.
- Ability to manage multiple claims and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare operations environment.

Compensation & Employment-

Compensation: ₹20,000–₹35,000 per month
