About the Role-

We are looking for a Network & Pricing Executive / Associate who will help expand and strengthen LabStack's healthcare provider network across India.

You will work closely with diagnostic labs, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, home healthcare providers, nurses, phlebotomists and other healthcare partners.

This role combines provider onboarding, commercial negotiation, pricing, network expansion and relationship management.

You will play a direct role in determining where LabStack can fulfil healthcare services and at what commercial terms.

What You Will Do-

- Identify and onboard new healthcare providers across cities and pincodes.
- Build relationships with diagnostic labs, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and home healthcare providers.
- Reach out to potential providers and understand their services, locations, capacity and operating capabilities.
- Negotiate provider pricing, commercial terms and service conditions.
- Compare market pricing and maintain competitive pricing structures.




- Create and maintain provider rate cards.
- Expand LabStack's network into new cities, locations and service categories.
- Coordinate with providers to activate new services and locations.
- Verify provider information, service availability, pricing and operational details.
- Work with internal operations teams to ensure newly onboarded providers can actually fulfil orders.
- Track provider onboarding pipelines and follow up until activation.
- Monitor provider performance, pricing and availability.
- Identify gaps in the network and proactively find providers to fill them.
- Maintain accurate provider and pricing data in internal systems.
- Work with operations and product teams to improve provider onboarding workflows.

What We're Looking For-

- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Experience in healthcare operations, provider networks, healthcare marketplaces, diagnostics, hospitals, insurance, TPAs, pharmacy, home healthcare or a related industry is preferred.
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners, hospital/lab representatives and healthcare professionals.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and numbers.
- Ability to understand and compare pricing structures.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Willingness to make calls, conduct follow-ups and build relationships directly.

Compensation & Employment-

Compensation: ₹25,000–₹50,000 per month
