contemporary designs to a global audience.

We were featured on Shark Tank India in 2025 and have since raised multiple rounds of

funding to accelerate our growth, expand our retail presence, and strengthen our position as

one of India’s leading contemporary jewellery brands.

About the role:

The intern will be assigned the following responsibilities, which will allow the core People &

Culture team to focus on all store level hiring:

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, Shine,



and other job portals

• Support end-to-end recruitment coordination across all store locations

• Manage candidate communication, including confirmations, rescheduling, and interview

reminders

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation as new stores become operational

• Update a live tracker with candidate details, CTC, and hiring records

What You'll Need:

• Currently pursuing or has completed an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.

• Must have solid communication skills.

• Should have a genuine interest in Retail Talent Acquisition.

• Must be based near our office (able to commute).

• Duration of internship is 3-6 months.

• A self-starter by nature, you will be highly meticulous in your approach, as well as

display team spirit, quick intellect and finely honed planning and organizational

skills

On-site office location – Verdant Eighty-Four, Plot 1, Lane Z, 411036, Koregaon Park Annexe, Mundhwa, Pune, Maharashtra 411036

Working days: 6 days working in a week, (1st and 3rd Saturday are off). Timing: 10am to 7pm.
