SydanticIQ Technologies LLP is a growing cybersecurity, AI governance, and privacy advisory firm based in Bengaluru. We work with US and India clients on ISO 27001, SOC 2, AI governance, and privacy compliance engagements.

We are looking for a hands-on GRC professional to join our team and directly support client delivery.

What you will do:

— Drive ISO 27001 and SOC 2 readiness and certification engagements for US clients

— Work directly with client teams on gap assessments, evidence collection, policy development, and control implementation

— Coordinate with auditors and certification bodies

— Manage compliance trackers, risk registers, and Secureframe or similar GRC platforms

What we are looking for:

— 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in ISO 27001 or SOC 2 implementations

— Experience working with or supporting US-based clients





— Robust communication skills — comfortable on client calls

— Willingness to take evening calls up to 9 PM IST for US client coordination

— Certifications preferred — ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, CISA, or equivalent

Engagement details:

— Contract — 6 months initial with renewal

— Remote — Bengaluru preferred

— Immediate or early October start
