Associate – Leveraged Acquisition Finance (LAF) & Financial Sponsor Coverage
(FSC)

Role Overview
This is a front-office role within MUFG’s Global Corporate & Investment Banking
platform (AIBD),
responsible for originating,and executing leveraged and
structured financing solutions for financial sponsors and sponsor-backed
corporates. The role combines Financial Sponsor Coverage (FSC) and Leveraged
Acquisition Finance (LAF), with a focus on India-linked transactions.
The candidate will leverage MUFG’s global network, cross-border structuring
capabilities, and product suite (leveraged finance, debt capital markets,
syndication, global markets, and project finance) to deliver integrated
financing solutions. The role requires close coordination with regional and
global teams across APAC, EMEA, and Japan, supporting MUFG’s ambition to be a
leading partner for financial sponsors in Asia.
