About the Role:

1. Plumlogix is seeking a highly motivated and experienced MuleSoft RPA Developer to join our growing integration and automation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using MuleSoft RPA while integrating enterprise applications through the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and automation skills to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support automation solutions using MuleSoft RPA.
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to gather requirements and define automation strategies.
- Build and maintain reusable RPA components, workflows, and automation assets.
- Integrate MuleSoft RPA solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, web applications, and third-party platforms.
- Develop exception handling, logging, monitoring, and error recovery mechanisms for automation processes.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Create and maintain technical design documents, process documentation,



and operational runbooks.
- Follow best practices for security, scalability, governance, and performance optimization.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of software development, integration, or automation experience.
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft RPA development and implementation including MuleSoft RPA and MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API Management and API-Led Connectivity, and DataWeave and Mule Runtime
- Experience automating web, desktop, and data-driven business processes.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, SQL, XML, JSON, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience working with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
