You will set up and run the company's first reliable paid program across search and social, build the tracking to know what is actually working, and report back in numbers the founders can act on. There is no existing playbook to inherit here, which means you will be defining what performance marketing looks like at this company rather than optimising someone else's setup.

- Comfortable building measurement and attribution from close to scratch
