Role Description This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad is for a Sr Executive/Assistant Manager in Formulations Packaging Development with a minimum of 7 years of experience and a CTC up to ₹10 LPA. The role involves leading packaging development activities for pharmaceutical formulations, including evaluating and selecting packaging materials, components, and designs that ensure product stability, safety, and compliance. Responsibilities include coordinating with R&D;, QA, production, and regulatory teams to develop packaging specifications, conducting compatibility and stability studies, and supporting scale-up and validation of packaging processes. The position also requires preparing technical documentation,



supporting cost optimization initiatives, managing vendor interactions, and ensuring adherence to relevant regulatory and quality standards.
Qualifications

- Strong Executive Support and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to coordinate activities, manage documentation, and support senior leadership in packaging development projects.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Expense Reports to handle project-related documentation, reporting, and basic cost tracking for packaging initiatives.
- Effective Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with R&D;, QA, production, procurement, vendors, and regulatory teams.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in formulations packaging development within the pharmaceutical industry, with hands-on exposure to solid oral, liquid, or injectable dosage forms.
- Sound knowledge of packaging materials, regulatory and GMP requirements, stability studies, and packaging validation processes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Packaging Technology, or a related field.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare technical reports, and contribute to cost optimization and efficiency improvements in packaging.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple projects and timelines in an on-site environment.
