Role Description This is a full-time, in office Legal Intern role based in Vaishali. The Legal Intern will support the firm's legal functions by assisting in the preparation, review, and organization of legal documents related to corporate laws, taxation matters, regulatory filings, and litigation support. Daily tasks may include legal research on relevant statutes and case laws, drafting summaries and petitions, and supporting advisory work on FEMA, IBC, and other regulatory frameworks. The intern will collaborate with senior professionals and partners, attend client meetings when required, and help maintain accurate records and case files. The role offers exposure to practical aspects of corporate and tax-related legal work within a professional services environment.

Qualifications





- Strong foundation in Law with a focus on tax, corporate, and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to handle Legal Consulting tasks, including basic advisory support and issue analysis under supervision.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, formatting, and organizing.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with internal teams and clients and for presenting research findings clearly.
- Awareness of common Legal Issues relevant to corporate laws, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a law degree from a recognized institution.
- Strong research and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple assignments.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management tools; prior internship experience in legal or consulting firms is an advantage.
