**Position: Social Media Executive**

We are looking for a creative and proactive **Social Media Executive** to manage and grow our social media presence.
Compensation:- 3LPA -5LPA
**Requirements:**
* 1–3 years of experience in social media/digital marketing.
* Candidates with **QSR, Food & Beverage, Café, Hospitality, or Retail industry experience preferred**.
* Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Reels, Stories and content trends.
* Experience in content planning, shooting, coordinating photoshoots and managing social media calendars.
* Positive communication and creative skills.
* Ability to understand brand positioning and create engaging content.
* Basic knowledge of Canva/CapCut or similar tools is preferred.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage daily social media activities for 729 Grams Coffee Roasters.
* Plan and execute content calendars, reels, stories and campaigns.
* Coordinate with café teams for regular content creation.
* Track engagement, reach and overall social media performance.
* Support promotional campaigns, launches and brand activities.
