About The Role

Our client is looking for dynamic and well-groomed Artist Managers to join its artist management team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and an understanding of the entertainment industry. The role involves managing artist relationships, developing business opportunities, and supporting the growth of artists and their skilled engagements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with artists and their teams.
- Understand artist profiles, offerings, and commercial requirements.
- Identify and develop opportunities for artist collaborations, performances, and brand associations.
- Build relationships with brands, event agencies, corporate clients, and other industry stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage artist requirements and engagements.
- Support the preparation of artist proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions.
- Assist in negotiations, deal closures,



and execution of artist-related projects.
- Maintain regular communication with artists, clients, and business partners.
- Track opportunities and ensure timely follow-ups.

Ideal Candidate profile

- 1 - 4 years of experience in Artist Management, Talent Management, Business Development, Entertainment, or Events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable, and well-groomed personality.
- Strong networking and relationship-management abilities.
- Good understanding of artists, entertainment, and brand collaborations.
- Ability to multitask, coordinate, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates with experience in Artist Management, Talent Agencies, Live Entertainment, Events, or Brand Partnerships will be preferred.
