Role Description This is a full-time on-site Trainer role based in Hyderabad, focused on SQL and PL/SQL (Oracle). The Trainer will deliver classroom-based training sessions, design and update course materials, and prepare practical examples and exercises to help learners understand core and advanced database concepts. Daily responsibilities include conducting interactive lectures, guiding students through hands-on labs, evaluating learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role involves mentoring academic and passed-out students, supporting real-time project work, and aligning training content with industry standards and NareshIT's eLearning resources.



The Trainer will also collaborate with other faculty members to continuously improve curriculum quality and participate in placement-oriented training activities.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in SQL fundamentals, advanced queries, and database design concepts.
- Candidates should possess solid PL/SQL skills, including stored procedures, functions, triggers, packages, and performance tuning in Oracle.
- Candidates should possess practical experience with Oracle database administration basics, schema management, and query optimization.
- Candidates should possess training and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly, manage classrooms, and engage diverse learner groups.
- Candidates should possess curriculum and content development skills, including preparing structured lesson plans, practice assignments, assessments, and documentation.
- Candidates should possess mentoring and coaching abilities, including guiding students on projects, interview preparation, and industry expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent industry experience is also valued.
- Prior experience as a technical trainer or corporate instructor in databases or related technologies is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with other database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and related technologies (e.g., data modeling, ETL tools) is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Hyderabad and adapt to structured training schedules and institutional processes
