About The Role

Creative Head will lead the visual direction of campaigns, oversee creative execution, mentor the design team, and ensure the highest quality of creative output across all client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development and execution of creative campaigns across brands.
- Create visual directions, moodboards, campaign concepts, and brand identities.
- Present and explain creative ideas to clients and internal teams.
- Review creative work and ensure it meets quality standards before delivery.
- Work closely with Copywriters, Strategists,



Motion Designers, and Account Managers.
- Lead and guide photoshoots, video shoots, retouching, and post-production.
- Ensure consistency across all brand communication and creative output.
- Mentor and support Junior Art Directors and Designers.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining creative quality.
- Contribute to new business pitches and presentations.
- Stay updated on design trends, industry developments, and AI-powered creative tools.

Required Skills

- Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling ability.
- Expertise in typography, layout, branding, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Knowledge of Figma; motion graphics experience is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with AI tools for ideation, visual exploration, content creation, and design workflows.
