Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in expanding the Bachpan Play School franchise network across different locations.
- Identify and generate new franchise business leads through calls, online platforms, references, and market research.
- Connect with prospective franchise partners and understand their requirements.
- Explain the Bachpan Play School franchise model, benefits, and investment process to potential clients.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper records of enquiries and prospects.
- Coordinate with the senior BD/Franchise team for meetings, presentations, and closures.
- Support the team in achieving monthly lead generation and franchise acquisition targets.




- Conduct basic market research to identify potential locations and business opportunities.
- Maintain qualified communication with prospects throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline; BBA/MBA preferred.
- Fresher with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and interacting with potential business partners.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel when required will be an added advantage.
