Requirement

Job Description

- Responsible for end to end Technical Solutions Delivery Project Management
- Manage the delivery of complete project scope and committed deliverables as per the contract
- Technical solution and services Implementation as per customer requirements (DLD LLD)
- Manage project activities, risks and resource requirements during the project lifecycle
- Regular monitoring and reporting of the progress of projects to all the stakeholders internal and external
- Review monitor project KPIs/SLAs as per the contract Ensure SLA compliance in coordination with internal teams at Circles, NHQ, NOC and relevant external stake holders
- Advise project changes and interventions to achieve project output in consultation with customer/sales/business/cross functional teams
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure productive service deliverables and RMA processing
- Maintain close interface with customer and project stakeholders for smooth and timely execution of projects
