Role Description The Talent Acquisition Partner is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for a variety of technical and non-technical roles. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define selection criteria, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. Day-to-day, you will drive employer branding initiatives, optimize recruitment channels, maintain accurate hiring metrics,



and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. You will also contribute to continuous improvement of hiring practices, support workforce planning, and help shape Refold AI's talent strategy as the company scales.
Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting, including sourcing, assessment, and offer negotiation.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers, stakeholders, and candidates.
- Experience in employer branding, including crafting role narratives and promoting the company across relevant talent channels.
- Proven ability to hire for diverse roles, ideally within fast-paced SaaS, technology, or startup environments.
- Familiarity with ATS tools, talent market research, and data-driven recruiting practices.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Bengaluru, managing priorities independently while collaborating across teams.
- Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices and building diverse teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
