Role Description The Sales Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Greater Mohali. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales calls and in-person meetings, and presenting service offerings to prospective clients. The Sales Executive will manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and follow up to close deals. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in the CRM, collaborating with marketing and operations teams, and providing regular updates and forecasts to leadership. The role also includes building long-term client relationships, gathering feedback, and representing Academic Mantra Services at local events or meetings as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client presentations, negotiations, and relationship management.
- Ability to use basic digital tools and CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple prospects and meet sales targets.
- Comfort working on-site in Greater Mohali and engaging with clients in person on a regular basis.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing services, or education-related services is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
