- Production growth and asset performance across multiple producing fields
- Recovery enhancement, reliability improvement, and operational excellence
- Cost leadership with a clear focus on achieving $10/bbl operating costs
- Deployment of AI, digital technologies, automation, and advanced analytics
- Strategic management of global partners and service providers
- Development of a strong leadership pipeline and high-performance culture
