The Recruiter Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, offer management and joining formalities. This role provides hands-on exposure to recruitment practices and is suitable for candidates looking to build a career in HR and Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements and prepare candidate search strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and assess basic suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with offer coordination and candidate closure.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.
- Maintain candidate databases, trackers and recruitment MIS.
- Support the team in various end-to-end recruitment activities.
Required Skills
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Good sourcing and candidate-screening abilities.
- Comfortable using job portals and LinkedIn.
- Good MS Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
