Summary:

As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the primary point of contact between clients and the application or system. This role focuses on maintaining high-quality service by effectively communicating with clients to understand their concerns and ensuring smooth operation of world-class systems. The practitioner dedicates time to accurately identifying client issues and collaborates with various teams to design and implement appropriate solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and system reliability throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.




- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- Document and track issues and resolutions to support continuous improvement.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential areas of concern.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kubernetes.
- Experience with container orchestration and management.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native application deployment and scaling.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools related to Kubernetes environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system and application issues.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices within containerized environments.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Kubernetes.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
