Role Description The Branch Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Branch Manager oversees daily branch operations, including managing loan distribution activities, driving sales targets, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Responsibilities include supervising and supporting branch staff, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing strategies to expand the local customer base and partner network. The role involves coordinating with financial institutions, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and maintaining accurate reporting and documentation.



The Branch Manager is expected to lead by example, foster a collaborative work culture, and contribute to the branch’s overall profitability and growth.

- Solid leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate branch staff.
