Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in accounting tools and a solid understanding of core accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update books of accounts using Tally ERP and Winman
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries, journal entries, and ledger management
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations regularly
- Prepare and manage financial reports and MIS using Advanced Excel
- Ensure accuracy in accounting records and resolve discrepancies




- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors when required
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial transactions

Mandatory Requirements:

- Proficiency in Tally ERP and Winman
- Strong working knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Solid understanding of Accounting Basics
- Hands-on experience in Reconciliation processes Positive to Have:
- Experience in GST filing
- Knowledge of TDS filing and compliance Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred)

1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting roles
