Role Description The Business Development Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Akurdi. The specialist will identify and pursue opportunities to increase student admissions and strengthen partnerships with local organizations and educational stakeholders.



Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, generating and following up on leads, and building strong relationships with parents, guardians, and community members. The role involves coordinating outreach activities, supporting admission campaigns, and presenting the school’s value proposition clearly and professionally. The specialist will collaborate with school leadership to develop strategies that enhance visibility, reputation, and long-term growth, while maintaining a learner-centered approach in all initiatives.

Qualifications

Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with parents, students, and community stakeholders.
Proficient Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to identify trends, opportunities, and data-driven growth strategies.
Demonstrated experience in Lead Generation and relationship-building in an educational or service-oriented environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education Management, or a related field.
Ability to work in office full time in Haveli and collaborate closely with school leadership and staff.
Proficiency with basic office software and CRM or lead-tracking tools is an advantage.
Experience in the education sector or familiarity with CBSE and State Board systems is preferred.
