- Manage the surveillance audit plan and follow-up on corrective actions for all external sources. - Develop quality assurance systems and lead continuous improvement efforts. - Monitor and evaluate approved vendors, report deviations in supplier quality systems to the Compliance Monitoring Manager. - Use and update SAP systems for vendor-related data entry, tracking of approval workflows, and quality documentation. **But what else? (advantages, specificities, etc.)** QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: - AME Diploma or Graduate in Engineering/Supply Chain with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience - Qualified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001:2015 / AS 9120 / ISO 17025) - Background in the aviation sector, preferably in MRO setting - Experience in industrialisation and manufacturing quality is highly desirable - Proficiency in using SAP or equivalent ERP platforms for quality and supply chain data **Candidate skills & requirements** - Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving tools (8D, FMEA, Ishikawa, Bowtie) - Proficiency in quality systems, standards, and customer requirements (e.g., AS 9120, ISO 9001) - Working knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP systems for vendor and quality data management - Configuration control and risk-based quality oversight - Proficiency in civil aviation regulations: CAR 145, EASA Part 145, and FAA Part 145 would be a Plus - Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma tools - Ability to assess supplier capabilities related to material, laboratory, and process controls **Job location** **Job location** Asia, India **City (-ies)** Hyderabad **Applicant criteria** **Minimum education level achieved** Bachelor's Degree **Minimum experience level required** More than 3 years
