HY India Pune Full time R8447 **Job Title** Accountant - Accounts Payable **Job Category** Finance **Job Description** **Expense Audit & Compliance** + Review and audit employee expense reports submitted through SAP Concur. + Validate expense claims against company travel and expense policies. + Verify accuracy of receipts, invoices, mileage claims and supporting documentation. + Identify duplicate, fraudulent, or non-compliant expenses. + Ensure compliance with internal controls, tax regulations and audit requirements. + Flag exceptions and escalate policy violations as required. **Accounts Payable Operations** + Invoice processing with 100% accuracy + Assist in generating reports related to accounts payable activities as needed. **Compliance and Internal Controls:** + Adhere to internal controls and accounting policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. + Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation and support as requested.
