Skills Required:

Reconciliation, R2R, Record to Report, General Ledger, GL

Experience Range:

2 - 4 years

This position will ensure appropriate accounting, recording, and reconciliation of global accounting transactions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Operate under policies and established procedures in alignment with GAAP, including adherence to accounting standards. Account for end-to-end global processes, including elimination of intercompany transactions. Prepare and record accounting entries and reconciliations.
- Responsible for financial close activities including completion of analytics and internal controls. Prepare support for audits and associated operational activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Respond to requests for information from senior management, FP&A;, Tax, IA, Legal, and other functional areas of the business.




- Help foster an setting of continuous improvement within and among other departments concerning the accuracy of all transactions entered into the general ledger.
- Perform ad hoc projects and analysis as assigned.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelors degree in Accounting
- Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Accountant candidates preferred

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:

- 1 3 years of accounting experience
- Experience in Public Company and technical accounting experience preferred. Experience in preparing journal entries and reconciliations.
- Experience working as part of and contributing to a larger team.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OR ABILITIES: Experience with Oracle or other major ERP systems
