Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Workday Learning & Talent Management Consultant to design, configure, and optimize our global employee growth and performance infrastructure. The ideal candidate will translate complex continuous learning paths, multi-dimensional competency frameworks, annual performance evaluations, and executive succession planning pipelines into highly automated, engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and manage the Workday Learning infrastructure, establishing media catalogs, course structures, digital curriculum paths, and automated enrollment rules based on worker attributes.

- Design and deploy Talent Optimization components, customizing competency profiles, skill matrices, talent pools, and strategic succession planning frameworks.

- Construct advanced Performance Review cycles, configuring annual/mid-year appraisal grids, multi-rater 360-degree feedback loops, and calibration dashboards.

- Build dynamic business process (BP) paths for talent governance,



configuring conditional workflows to manage development plans, disciplinary actions, and goal tracking.

- Govern compliance and training verification frameworks, setting up mandatory training triggers, automatic certification expirations, and tracking compliance reporting streams.

- Orchestrate security and visibility profiles, setting up role-based permissions and domain security policies to isolate confidential potential ratings and executive talent assessments.

- Lead semi-annual feature upgrade audits, executing regression test suites in sandbox configurations and training internal learning and HR business administrators.

Requirements

- 4 to 8 years of core talent management or learning technology experience, with 4+ dedicated years actively designing, building, and maintaining Workday Learning or Talent modules.

- Solid technical mastery of Workday Business Process Builder, calibration dashboard controls, calculated fields, and e-learning content integration standards (SCORM/AICC/xAPI).

- Deep structural understanding of corporate learning ecosystems, performance calibration metrics, succession risk planning, and capability modeling strategies.

- Mandatory certification: Workday Certified Learning OR Workday Certified Talent Optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

- Workday Certified Core HCM certification.

- Prior experience managing large-scale digital content migrations or integrating Workday Learning with third-party external content providers (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, Coursera).
