We are looking for a Solution Architect with strong experience in Oracle Retail POS, Java, system integration, cloud and microservices architecture.
The person will work with Business, Product, Engineering and Delivery teams to design scalable, reliable and high-performance retail applications, primarily for a global commerce environment.
The role involves understanding business requirements, defining solution architecture, designing integrations, supporting development, and providing technical guidance to engineering teams.
Mandatory Skills
1. Oracle Retail POS – Must Have
- 8+ years of experience with Oracle Retail POS Suite
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Oracle Xstore
- Xenvironment
- Xadmin
- Xcenter
- XServices
- Experience with OpChain Framework
- Strong Oracle Database experience
- Strong understanding of Retail/POS systems and integrations
2. Architecture
- 4+ years of Solution/Application Architecture experience
- Solid end-to-end understanding of application architecture
- Experience designing scalable, reliable and resilient systems
- Strong experience in system integration and backend architecture
- Ability to convert business requirements into technical/solution designs
3. Java
- 7+ years of hands-on Core Java (J2SE) and Advanced Java (J2EE)
- Strong programming and integration concepts
4. Front-End
- 4+ years of front-end development experience

- Node.js
- React.js
- Angular
5. Cloud & Distributed Architecture
- 3+ years of cloud architecture/design experience
- Experience with:
- Cloud infrastructure

6. CI/CD
- 2+ years of experience with CI/CD
