Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, with multiple positions available across engineering, production, quality, and support functions. Team members may be involved in activities such as operating and maintaining welding and fabrication machinery, supporting installation and commissioning of special purpose, CNC, or robotic systems, and assisting in process optimization on the shop floor. Depending on the specific role, responsibilities can include preparing technical documentation, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards,



and providing customer support during and after deployment. Each position requires active participation in daily production targets, problem-solving on equipment and processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the division.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess relevant technical skills in mechanical or electrical engineering, welding technology, fabrication processes, or industrial automation.
- Candidates should possess skills in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, basic CAD usage, and understanding of CNC or robotic systems operation.
- Candidates should possess skills in production planning, quality checks, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards on the shop floor.
- Candidates should possess skills in communication, teamwork, and coordination with cross-functional departments such as design, production, and customer service.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related field) or equivalent industrial experience is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Pune Division, adapt to evolving technologies, and contribute to process improvements is required.
- Prior experience in welding, fabrication, machine tools, or automation industries is an advantage.
