About the Role:

We are looking for an Implementation Executive with a strong understanding of accounting concepts and a keen interest in technology and software. The role involves helping clients implement and effectively use our accounting software, with a focus on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, confirmations, and accounting workflows.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable understanding client accounting processes, configuring the software as per business requirements, conducting training, and supporting clients throughout the implementation journey.

Key Responsibility:

- Understand clients accounting processes, AP/AR workflows, and reconciliation requirements.
- Work with clients to understand their requirements and map them to the software.
- Assist in software implementation, configuration, and deployment for clients.
- Conduct online and in-person product demonstrations and training sessions.
- Explain accounting workflows and software functionalities to finance and accounting teams.
- Support clients during data migration, validation, testing, and go-live.
- Identify gaps between existing accounting processes and software workflows and suggest suitable solutions.
- Resolve client queries related to accounting processes and software usage.
- Coordinate with Product, Technology, QA, and Customer Support teams to resolve implementation-related issues.
- Document client requirements, implementation status,



issues, and action items.
- Prepare and update user guides, training materials, FAQs, and process documentation.
- Collect client feedback and share relevant insights with the Product team for continuous product improvement.
- Provide post-implementation support and ensure smooth adoption of the software.

What We're looking for:

- 1-2 years of experience in a software implementation role.
- CA Inter / CMA Intermediate / CMA Candidate with a valuable understanding of accounting principles.
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, journal entries, and accounting processes.
- Interest in working with accounting technology and SaaS products.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable interacting with clients and conducting product training.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into software workflows.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Willingness to travel to client locations when required.

Good to Have:

- Experience with any accounting software, ERP, or SaaS product.
- Prior experience in accounting, audit, finance operations, implementation, or client-facing roles.
- Knowledge of AP/AR automation, reconciliation, or financial reporting.
- Basic understanding of software implementation or UAT.
