Team Leader – Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of at least 7 recruiters.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets for the team and track performance.
- Guide recruiters in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Review candidate profiles and ensure candidates match the job requirements and client expectations.
- Handle and resolve recruitment-related issues faced by team members.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
- Train new and existing recruiters on recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and communication skills.
- Coordinate with clients / hiring managers to understand job requirements, skill sets, and hiring priorities.




- Ensure timely closure of open positions and maintain a healthy recruitment pipeline.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and daily/weekly performance trackers.

Skills Required:

- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment / staffing / consultancy.
- Previous experience of handling or leading a recruitment team is preferred.
- Must have experience managing a team of recruiters.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Good knowledge of candidate sourcing through job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
