Key Responsibilities
- Understand job requirements from clients and the internal team.
- Search for suitable candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and other sources.
- Call candidates and explain job opportunities to them.
- Screen candidates based on their skills, experience, and interest.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.
