Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls and provide exceptional support for international customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and troubleshooting inquiries.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system for future reference and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.




- Maintain knowledge of product offerings and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
