Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Executive with 4–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts and strong SAP knowledge. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, compliance activities, and providing financial support to production and other functional departments to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting Operations

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure timely recording in SAP.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) .
- Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.

Banking & Treasury Management

- Perform daily bank reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow and fund requirements.

MIS & Financial Reporting

- Prepare monthly MIS reports and management reports.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Analyze expenses, variances, and cost trends.

Reconciliation & Compliance

- Perform reconciliation of bank, vendor, customer, and GL accounts.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Assist during internal, statutory, and tax audits.

SAP Operations

- Manage accounting entries and finance-related transactions in SAP.
- Generate and analyze reports from SAP.
- Ensure proper master data maintenance and transaction accuracy.

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Coordinate closely with Production, Purchase, Stores, Logistics, HR, and other departments for smooth operational and financial processes.




- Support production teams by monitoring production-related costs, material consumption, inventory transactions, and cost allocations.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing manufacturing expenses and variances.
- Ensure timely financial support for procurement, inventory management, and production planning activities.
- Coordinate with department heads for budget preparation, cost control initiatives, and process improvements.
- Facilitate resolution of finance-related queries from internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP (FI module preferred).
- Solid knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS reporting).
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.

Reporting To: Finance Manager / Accounts Manager

Purpose of the Role: Ensure smooth day-to-day finance operations, provide effective financial support to production and other departments, maintain compliance, and contribute to operational efficiency through SAP-based financial management.
