Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune District for a Junior Motion Graphic Designer. The role involves creating motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, and brand communication. Daily tasks include collaborating with designers and copywriters, supporting video production, and developing storyboards for client projects. The Junior Motion Graphic Designer will also assist in refining concepts,



preparing assets for animation, and ensuring deliverables align with brand guidelines and project timelines.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for digital and social media content.
- Experience or training in Animation and Storyboarding for short-form and long-form projects.
- Basic understanding of Video Production workflows and collaboration with production teams.
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related software.
- Ability to interpret briefs, follow brand guidelines, and deliver visual concepts within deadlines.
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback in a collaborative studio environment.
- Relevant coursework, certification, or a portfolio showcasing motion design and animation work.
